This large duplex private apartment in Marbella represents a refined balance between advanced technology, elegant design, and everyday comfort. Spanning two levels, the residence was designed to deliver a seamless living experience, where every space is connected through intelligent systems and thoughtful design.

We designed and installed a premium audio and video system using world-class brands such as Steinway Lyngdorf, Architettura Sonora, Bang & Olufsen, LG, and Triad, ensuring exceptional sound quality and stunning visuals throughout both levels of the apartment. From shared living areas to private zones, every room benefits from perfectly calibrated performance.

At the core of the project is a centralized Control4 automation system, enabling effortless control of audio, video, lighting, shading, and security from a single intuitive interface. The lighting control system by Lutron was implemented to provide precise, reliable, and flexible management of all lighting scenes and moods across the residence. All lighting control and ceiling lighting were carefully designed and supplied, using premium lighting products from Delta Light, Modular Lighting Instruments, Simes, and Proled, creating refined atmospheres that adapt seamlessly to different moments of the day and night. Lutron motorized blinds and shades were integrated throughout the apartment to manage natural light, privacy, and comfort with elegance and precision.

In addition, we delivered a complete video surveillance and alarm system, ensuring a high level of security while maintaining a discreet aesthetic. The project was completed with bespoke kitchen solutions, developed in collaboration with Porcelanosa, combining functionality, premium materials, and timeless design.

The result is a sophisticated duplex residence where technology, lighting, security, and design work together effortlessly—an elegant home created for contemporary luxury living in Marbella.
